Partner programme
Your clients need to see it.You bring them the picture.
beform is the visual sales platform for renovation and construction companies. Recommend it, resell it or simply introduce the company, and earn on the project and on what they render afterwards.
One programme, three kinds of partner.
An agency that recommends beform to its clients, a partner that resells it under its own name, and one person who makes the introduction. The work is different, the terms are written down for all three.
For agencies and consultancies.
You recommend beform
Your client needs a website that brings in qualified requests, not another contact form. You introduce beform, beform builds it, and you keep the relationship you already have.
- You introduce the company and register it
- beform scopes the project and runs the build
- You stay in the loop or hand it over, as you prefer
- Who this is
- Digital agencies, brand studios, marketing consultancies and sales advisers who already work with renovation and construction companies.
Usually starts on Referral
For partners who deliver under their own name.
You resell beform
beform is the visual layer inside what you deliver. You buy at the partner price, put your own name on the delivery and keep the client relationship and the invoice.
- 30 percent off the list price on the premier tier
- beform in your client's brand, on their domain
- Your contract with your client, your invoice
- Who this is
- Agencies, system integrators and software houses that sell a finished result to their own clients and invoice them directly.
Usually starts on Premier
For one person with the right contacts.
You make the introduction
You know the companies. You send them to beform with your link or name them on the form. beform does the rest, and you are paid for the introduction and for what the client renders afterwards.
- No agency and no company of your own needed
- An onboarding bonus on top, paid once
- beform takes the call and runs the project
- Who this is
- Sales people, industry advisers, trade association staff and anyone who talks to kitchen studios, bathroom specialists, contractors or landscapers every week.
Usually starts on Agent
An introduction, registered in writing.
A claim on a client is not a handshake. It starts the moment beform confirms the registration, it has a date and a length, and you can see it in the partner portal.
- 01
You introduce the company
Send them through your referral link, or name them on the partner form. Either way beform knows the introduction came from you, with the date it arrived.
- 02
beform registers them to you
beform confirms the registration in writing, usually within one working day. A company that is already a beform client, or already in a conversation with beform, cannot be registered, and beform says so when it answers.
- 03
The claim runs for 90 days
A registered company stays yours for 90 days, and 120 days on the premier tier and for agents. Every setup, add-on and render they order in that window counts as yours, and the claim is renewed while the conversation is live.
- 04
beform scopes and builds
A call with the company, then the setup: their brand, their areas and their catalog, live in one to four weeks depending on the setup. You come to the calls or leave them to beform.
- 05
You are paid
Your share of the setup and the add-ons is invoiced once the client has paid, and your share of rendering follows the monthly usage invoice for as long as your tier runs.
The terms, in full.
Percentages are of net revenue beform received, excluding VAT and media budgets. Nothing here is negotiated in the dark, and the tier you are on is written in your agreement.

- Nothing to sell and nothing to deliver
Setups run from CHF 3,900 to CHF 13,900 before add-ons, excl. VAT, so one introduction is worth a few hundred to a few thousand francs, and a certified or premier partner keeps earning while the client renders.

A partner should never have to build a deck, learn a rendering engine or staff a project. Everything below is in place today.
- The partner portal
- Your own account on partner.beform.ai: the funnel from a click to a deal, what each link produced, your commission statement line by line, and your colleagues.
- Links and codes
- A referral link for every campaign you run, so you can tell a newsletter from a conference from a client mailing without guessing.
- A demo to show
- Certified and premier partners can form a picture of a prospect's own project in the meeting, from the partner portal, under a monthly ceiling beform sets with you.
- Material that sells
- The Visual Sales Playbook, before and after sets across trades, and presentation material you can put in front of a client without rewriting it.
- Training and a person
- A working session on how beform is sold and scoped, then a named contact at beform who answers you rather than a shared inbox.
- The delivery itself
- beform scopes, builds, teaches the system and supports the client. You never have to staff a project you introduced.
How the money is counted
Percentages are of net revenue beform actually received, excluding VAT and media budgets, and are paid within 30 days after the client has paid. Commission is booked per invoice, not per order, so a project paid in two parts pays out in two parts.
- Net revenue received, never invoiced revenue
- VAT and media budgets are out of the base
- Paid within 30 days after the client pays
- Every line is visible in the partner portal before it is paid
Tell us who you talk to, and we will take it from there.
One form, one working day. beform reads it, agrees the tier with you and sets up your partner account and your first link.
- 01You send the form, or book a call if you would rather talk first
- 02beform answers within one working day
- 03A short call to agree the tier and the terms
- 04Your partner account, your link and your material are set up

Everything here goes to beform and nowhere else. If you already have a company in mind, name it in the message and the registration starts with your application.
Partner questions, answered.
Yes. They are two accounts and two portals, and one person can hold both. Your own beform is billed as any client's is, and your partner commission is counted separately.
Bring one company. See what it pays.
The fastest way to understand the programme is to name one company you would introduce and talk it through.
