After go-live, beform invoices AI rendering by usage. Every time a client or a consultant forms a visual, that is one render, at an indicative rate from a few cents to about a franc, depending on the engine you choose for that moment.
Every account has a monthly usage cap. We set a default with you at go-live and you can raise or lower it at any time. You and beform get an email at 80 and 100 percent of it. The cap never stops a render: usage above it may be invoiced with the next monthly invoice, or beform may waive it in whole or in part.
beform runs on your own website or environment, or beform hosts it for you and invoices hosting separately. Usage and hosting end with three months' notice.

Tailored adds teaching on your own look, Catalog adds your products and data. You pay half at the start and half at completion. Add-ons are priced once too, except services such as outreach and priority support, and Second Look, which is priced per quote.
